Hello @Klem

Hope you are well.

I have a p751zm and just bought a new PNy XLR8 c3030.

Although i can install windows on it, it is not showing on the bios and not detected for booting from it.

Can you help me?

Thank you so much!

Hi!

You can post here your bios dump from your laptop.

For creating backup of bios use attached program.  Extract attached archive directly on the Desktop and run the program as Administrator (right click mouse). Program will create archive "results" directly on the Desktop. You can upload it to any fileserver and post the link.

Hi @Klem

it would be really great if you could help me with my p771zm. I have been booting from a samsung 950 pro nvme 256gb in linux mint so far and need to replace it soon because of bad smart values. I haven't been able to see the new 970 evo plus 1tb, anywhere right now. Can you help me here? I attached the results.rar

Hi Klem!

I can see you're helping the community and I also have the same issue. P750zm Laptop and just purchased a Corsair MP510 NVMe PCIe Gen3 x4 M.2 960Gb SSD that the BIOS doesn't recognize. Can you please help?

I would have already posted the link with my BIOS dump, but it's not clear what is the "attached program" to do it... apologies, I'm new to this forum:/

Thank you!

Thank you for the swift reply Klem!

Assuming the risk of my stupidity... I really can't find the attachment you are referring to, for me to create the BIOS dump... can you please guide me on where it sits?

You can download backup tool by using links above.

Or use this link:  https://files.fm/u/6hf9sfk8r

Just download and extract (using 7-Zip archiver), then run .exe file.

Hi!

CLEVO N850 series already have native NVMe support by default. So, no need any bios modifications.
