FIX For Problems getting Samsung EVO 850-860 drives "Access Denied" recognised in Alienware Laptop 

Formatting Samsung SSD drives - Cloning old drives - Raid IDE Bios benchmarks Rapid Mode v Standard

Fix is external USB storage vanishes or becomes inaccessible after install
