sam2099 Posted September 1, 2018 Share Posted September 1, 2018 I have an MSI GS60 2QE with a GTX 970M 3GB. Recently, games have started crashing, saying that the display device is lost, when my temps reach 88 degrees C. I have tried replacing thermal compound and changing fan speed profiles but neither of these have worked. Would undervolting/underclocking help with this issue and if it does, I will need a custom vBIOS and instructions on how to install it without bricking my system.
