That being said, I also found a fix on the Steam Community page of the game, try this: Quote I use to fix stuttering via the Nvidia Control Panel. Maximum pre-rendered frames: 4 Power management mode: Maximum performance V-sync: On Triple buffering: On I hope this helps you. With a 780M, you should be able to run it at Medium-High settings.
