Yeah, long time ago. A Dell rep said that it won't happen or at least that there are no plans for something like this at the moment.

Hopefully their future AW systems offer a resolution > 1920x1080. MBP's have gone above that so there's no excuse left for Dell/AW.

In a lot of cases that's true. Although Apple has fallen behind in the smart phone market. Their notebooks are very well thought out though, I really like their maglock idea.
