Overclock what, GPU? You can use Nvidia Inspector utility, and overclock your card.

Completely uninstall MSI Afterburner with all settings. Reboot laptop. Then search in Google "DDU" utility, download it, run it and completely uninstall all Nvidia drivers. Then reboot laptop, download and install any new Nvidia drivers version with enabled option "Clean install". After all these steps, run Nvidia Inspector utility, and now you will see that core overclocking slider will work.

Yes it works but only limited +135.  Here's the post of another user with insane OC with modded bios.
