eGPU Not Working(External Monitor-GPU)

Recommended Posts

Hello, I have a

Hp Elitebook 2570p

8gb 2x4gb 1600mhz

Windows 7

w/ EXP GDC 8.0 adapter & GTX460 (tried gtx 570 and 770 also---getting expensive buying and selling cards for same dang issue lol~)

My problem is every time I try to connect an External Display directly to the GPU I blue-screen, also blue-screen during boot if plugged in ahead of time, what would solve this issue?

Internal display works - Many games "cannot start d3d" when fullscreen, work windowed

--Driver version 320.84/378.XX/382.53  -tried these three and same result

Install ONLY driver in custom settings, do not install other junk ;)

      Hi everyone.

I have an HP 2570P with a 1366 x 768 non-IPS display. Does anyone know of any way to upgrade the screen on the HP 2570 to an IPS display, preferably one with a higher resolution than 1366 x 768?

If you do know of a way, would you please tell me what you did to upgrade the screen on the HP 2570P?

Thank you for any help you may be able to provide with this.
