viper_11 Posted May 10, 2017 Share Posted May 10, 2017 Hi there, I'm impressed with whis community, I'm learning a lot today because I've mounted: Akitio node with GTX1080 > TB3 to TB adapter > iMac witn 775M in WINDOWS, but Its not using egpu. I've fresh installed drivers, also in the nVidia GPU activity shows both graphic cards (775M + 1080) but always use the 775M. In nvidia control panel doesn't show the option for manually use 1080 and if I disable the 775M in windows, it starts to use 1080 but with low performance. There's something Im missing? I have the Node>GTX 980 TI>TB adapter>iMac in MAC and want the card to speed up video editing in PP. Bit stumped as to where to start though - all i've done is connect it all up!
