I was successful in replacing my LCD to 1080p 120Hz, I'm ready to mod the BIOS now for egpu options. Here's my backup:

Hi!

In your bios I can unlock Lenovo's WWAN and WLAN whitelist for upgrade Wi-Fi card, also I can unlock hidden advanced settings in bios setup menu. But I don't know if it can help you with your project.

Hi!

Extract archive (from link below) directly on the Desktop and run the program as Administrator (right click mouse, choice "Run as Administrator"). Program will create archive "results" directly on the Desktop. Send me this archive "results" or upload it into any fileserver and send me the link.

Thank you. One more thing. How can I come back to the original BIOS if needed?

Just download original stock bios from Lenovo website and flash it with .exe file.
