Mythrandil Posted August 16, 2016 Share Posted August 16, 2016 So I've found this forum doing research on building an eGPU for my late 2013 15" MBP, mainly for playing Overwatch and Heroes of the Storm, so nothing too intensive. I'm wondering if the AKiTiO Thunder2 plus a GTX 950-2G from Asus which can run off PCIe's 75w would work? (plus an appropriate 120w barrel connector PSU) https://www.asus.com/ca-en/Graphics-Cards/MINI-GTX950-2G/ AKiTiO say only 25W is supported through the PCIe but seems others have found it can do the 75w?
