@ Everyone with a Clevo mobile 1080, 1070, 1060:

For the Mod I would like all cards to reach (and hold) the same base performance and for that I need to build a database of the currently sold stock spectrum!

Please run a GPU-Z (use only latest version) render test @ stock clocks after running FULL FAN for at least 30s (FN+1):

Record the GPU-Z log while doing so and PM me this log file (would probably miss it in this thread)!

FOR SLI OWNER:

nVidia Control Panel --> Manage 3D settings --> Program settings --> Add --> TechPowerUp GPU-Z (gpu-z.exe)
--> SLI rendering mode change to Force Alternate Frame Rendering 2 --> Apply

- Open two GPU-Zs

So, now that you have seen more of what's offered out there, thanks to Brother @Prema, let's have a closer looks at what is really offered... performance results.

Below are a few stock benchmarks for everyone to drool over. Sorry there are not more examples. We will add them as they become available. (I have specifically requested examples for Fire Strike, Time Spy and Sky Diver benchmarks.)

PHOENIX 2.0 - 1080 SLI - Stock Benches (Updated)

PHOENIX 2.0 - Single 1080 (SLI Disabled) - Stock Benches

Spoiler

(Please hold your thoughts about single 1080 versus 1080 SLI until we have more than one benchmark to look at.)

Here is a quick video of the machine that donated the initial round of benchmarks for us to look at. Kudos to Eurocom for giving us some special things to share at launch! I think you may find something interesting under the hood. :hyper:

That msi 1070 is damn sexy! What heatsink work with it in current zm/dm settings and can someone get a pic of both the p750 and p775 heatsink bottom side?

Really can't wait to find out more, including the msi 1080 form factor...

Nice!!

is it just me or do the 1080 and 1070 boards seem exactly the same , only difference being a different core?

Different memory forms! More differences I'm sure, but now begins the fight for who wins the form standard and compromises as they can now factory overclock cards for mobile...

It looks that way from the examples. Maybe there is a variation of 1070 that we have no example of to share yet that will work in older machines and in the P870DM-G with 980M SLI heat sinks that is yet to be revealed. It does not appear the version shown will fit since it appears to be the same PCB as 1080. More to follow once more becomes available.

Aye, will it be possible to get the exact panel details on the 120hz AUO ?

Unfortunately, that is not the case this time... at least not yet. Something could change.

What has been shared are benchmark images provided to me by Eurocom. So, unless that changes we won't see examples of the full overclocked capabilities of this beast until @Prema or @Johnksss have purchased and received one.

Look at the msi 1070 board. Don't know if you can make that overhang work or not...

Any news about the 200W 1080? :D How many phases do you think will it have?

I would like to see a 400W Dual GPU Core single PCB 1080 16GB or 32GB card that can work in either my current or this new machine and a PCB that can fill up the unused slave GPU space. Now that would be a single card configuration I could be happy with in my 2.5 month old obsolete P870DM-G.

Yeah. Will Dellienware came after with something similar or will they continue with their thin ECHO models?? They can probably use a single 1070.

Funny in that I'm discussing this with@deex right now....

MSI has an answer....so if AW doesn't answer to that, then bye bye AW....welcome to officially being the Apple of the PC gaming world.

THEY ARE ALREADY officially the Apple of the PC gaming world a LONG TIME. Sorry, but Mr. Azor wanted it so bad that he jumped on the train early 2015!! Evga, Razer and Aw will compete against each other with single 1070.
