Also, if you know which BIOS setting is responsible for the CPU idling wattage drop from 10 W when plugged in to 4 W when unplugged (with identical power plan settings and identical negligible CPU load and no running background processes) that would be awesome. I'm trying to achieve these 4 W when plugged in; any hints would be much appreciated. I've already tried all the hidden powercfg settings and they have nothing to do with it.

But.. the tool is recognizing my system as x32 and not x64
